Lunch with a friend

Well, had a nice lunch with my friend Karen. I think we both basically look pretty much the way we did in High school, maybe a little more gray in our hair, a little more pounds, a little more wrinkles, but not much different. Had the waitress take our picture.
I had clam chowder. It was nice that it wasn't very thick, and didn't have a lot of potatoes--more more brothy so was able to eat the whole thing. I really liked that they served fresh veggies as an appetizer instead of bread or chips. Originally we were supposed to go to a different restaurant but it was closed so we came to a place called Baldini's. I thought they only had Pizza and Sandwhiches but I was wrong.
Spent a lot of time catching up. She has 4 kids all very successful at school, with college degrees, or pursuing degrees. The oldest is 27! She must be a lot older than me because there is no way I am old enough to have a 27 year old kid!
Uploaded a picture of her. I am not allowed to show it to one of her friends because this friend has been wanting a picture of her for a long time and she teases her by not sending one. She is CRUEL!
