Project 365

In a recent chat with our Becky (I say our Becky since I want to differentiate between her and Becky Higgins) we discussed the stuff we have been seeing about 2009 and the big "project 365". I believe Becky HIggins coined the term and is offering a kit to accomplish the project aspirations, but it has taken off in every area of crafting. In digital scrapbooking, art journalling, traditional s/b, photography etc.

I think this is a great idea. But I think each of us can decide how we want to accomplish our challenge. I think you can use whatever challenge idea is the best for you to do this.

The main challenge is to either take a photo or journal thoughts etc every day. I think you can accomplish this on your blog, in a journal, just in your camera. Becky's blog says you can miss a day and cheat and make it up lol.

So of course it is day 2....did anyone take pics for day 1?

If you want to blog your journal that is great....s/b it? perfect, digitally photography it? awesome... art journal it? even better.

I have been following some art journalling blogs lately. I think they are cool. I'm not much of a real artist but some just doodle. I will post a bunch of links to different things. Take some time and check them out.

This first post will show you the Becky Higgins challenge. Its a good place to read up on. I won't be buying the kit, I think I am going to head more for the journalling either digitally or blogfully (is that a word?).

But I will post individual stuff about the alternative ideas...

Ok here we go, a day late and a picture short....

This is the actual Kit that Becky Higgins is espousing...
