Google Reader

For those of you who have ventured into Google reader, I am soooooo sorry hehe. Its addicting but a lot of fun too. I am going to attach some images that I have badly marked up to show you some places to look on the reader site. First off, on each individual feed, you can "share" and "star" things. Share allows others on your share list to see, Star are for you to visit later. You can also email a link (I have to people at times) to the feed, and you can add your own labels so that all of the stuff you have "starred" later you can look at them by subject. This is my next project...LABELS lol.

After you have learned these things the next thing would be to learn how to subscribe to a new feed, Pretty easy, can click on the subscribe button and type in or paste in a blog address, or as you will see later if you are in someone elses feed can click on the name under the title and go to that feed and subscribe. For now here is what the subscribe button looks like

Now, the following you will see where I will show you some sharing options for adding others and seeing how they show up. Will mostly be images.

Ok...now on to showing you the way I have labeled my feeds, then at the top right can add a label to each blog so it can go into the proper place. When you very first subscribe there is a special button at the top to down arrow and choose a blog label, or later can change the "feed settings". Feed settings allow you also to add to more than one label, and to also quickly unsubscribe.

The last thing is "discover" these are blogs that Reader thinks you might be interested in because of others you currently subscribe to. I have found some pretty interesting ones on here and some not so good, but fun to check them out.
